This shirt is a good work outfit. It appears exactly like on picture: Elegant and comfy. Texture is soft like cotton. I usually wear medium and I am glad that I ordered this in Large. Size comes in the smaller size so if you're going to buy it, buy your next size to make sure it fits you. If you wear small, buy medium
